WHEREAS, violations to City of Foley ordinances and illegal activity were being conducted at Ocean Massage located at 8154 Highway 59, Suite 208, and
WHEREAS, the person conducting illegal activity and violations to City of Foley ordinances was the licensee, her agent, servant, or employee, who knowingly permitted or allowed the illegal activity to be conducted at the business location.
WHEREAS, the illegal activity constitutes a violation of state law, and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the citizens of Foley that the business license for Ocean Massage located at 8154 Highway 59, Suite 208, Foley, Alabama is hereby revoked effective October 7, 2019 at 6:00 pm.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the revocation of the business license of Sheng Yun Zhou for Ocean Massage located at 8154 Highway 59, Suite 208 Foley, Alabama.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
