WHEREAS, For public safety, Public Works has installed 3-way stop signs at the intersection of S. Oak Street and 9th Avenue.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Memorializes the installation of 3-way stop signs at the intersections of S. Oak Street and 9th Avenue.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
