WHEREAS, costs to construct a train garage needed to house the new city event train came in higher than expected, and
WHEREAS, the City of Foley Museum Archives Board approved this expenditure on May 10, 2018,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves memorializing up to $1,500 in expenditure(s) and amends expense account 100-5061-5100.
SECTION 2: Authorizes the depot manager to make payment for these expenditure(s) from the L&N Depot Musuem account 100-1060.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
