WHEREAS, on October 18, 2022, the Baldwin County Commission authorized the Chairman to sign an agreement between the Baldwin County Commission and the City of Foley for the use of the Baldwin County 700/800 MHz Interoperable Communication System, and
WHEREAS, this agreement shall be effective upon the date of full execution by both parties for a term of three (3) years, unless otherwise terminated by the parties, and
WHEREAS, any party may cancel or terminate this agreement by giving ninety (90) days written notice of such termination to the other party
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Authorizes the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the Baldwin County Commission for the use of the Baldwin County 700/800 MHz Interoperable Communication System.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
