WHEREAS, Street Department requests to purchase a Massey Ferguson 6713 Tractor under State of Alabama Tractor Contract# MA 999-00000000020 T222 for the total cost of $70,174.75 from Coblentz Equipment & Parts Co., Inc, AND
WHEREAS, This is included in the FY23 budget for $85,000.00 total under account# 100-3012-5100, and will be a replacement for 3012082.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the purchase a Massey Ferguson 6713 Tractor under State of Alabama Tractor Contract# MA 999-00000000020 T222 for the total cost of $70,174.75 from Coblentz Equipment & Parts Co., Inc
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
