WHEREAS, Long-time Library Patron, Roger Tasker, donated $5,000 to the Foley Library; and
WHEREAS, The Library requests accepting this donation and using it for Part-time Salaries.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves accepting the $5,000 donation from Roger Tasker.
SECTION 2: Approves amending the Library Donation Revenue Account # 100-5020-4651 and Library Part-time Salaries Expense Account # 100-5020-5002 accordingly.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
