WHEREAS, Helen Hamburg Williams has requested the City to pay $1,490.00 for the property appraisal of the H.M. Hamburg & Sons, Inc. building that was donated to the City of Foley.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the expenditure of $1.490.00 for the property appraisal of the H.M. Hamburg & Sons, Inc. building that was donated to the City of Foley from Account No. 100-620-3020 .
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
