WHEREAS, the City of Foley Public Facilities Cooperative District's proposed FY 19 budget is included in the City of Foley's proposed FY 19 budget that came before the City Council on Monday, September 17, 2018, and
WHEREAS, the City of Foley Public Facilities Cooperative District's proposed FY 19 budget needs to be adopted prior to September 30, 2018.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the City of Foley Public Facilities Cooperative District's proposed FY 19 budget .
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
