WHEREAS, The Foley Fire Department has a need and has budgeted for a new 4X4 crew cab pickup truck using the Fire Ad Valorem Fund in the FY25 Budget.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves to go to bid and purchase the budgeted pickup truck and required emergency response equipment under account #200-2021-5100 for an amount not to exceed $55,000.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
