WHEREAS, Protecting K9 Heroes is wishing to donate K9 trauma kits to the Foley Police Department K9 Unit valued at $135.00 each and
WHEREAS, the Foley Police Department requests permission to accept the donation of these kits.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts this donation of (5) K9 trauma kits to the Foley Police Department K9 Unit.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
