WHEREAS, there is a need to make amendments to various personnel accounts in the FY2024 budget.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Authorizes the transfers between departments within the personnel category as shown on the attached document.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
