WHEREAS, 2008 Ford F-150 Truck, VIN #1FTRX12W58FC22827 - FAS #8076 and a John Deere Tractor VIN #LV4400H240764 - FAS#3707 have been maintenance issues, and
WHEREAS, the Parks & Recreation Department is requesting to have them declared surplus and disposed of through the best means possible.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Declares the 2008 Ford F-150 Truck, VIN #1FTRX12W58FC22827 - FAS #8076 and a John Deere Tractor VIN #LV4400H240764 - FAS#3707 as surplus and approves the disposal of these items through the best means possible.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
