WHEREAS, the proposed Trolley Route will be located in the area between Juniper Street and Pride Drive for public access to and from the proposed Championship Field and the Farmers Market areas, and
WHEREAS, Sawgrass Consulting, LLC has submitted their contract to perform survey and engineering services associated with the proposed route in the amount of $123,995.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves Sawgrass Consulting, LLC's contract for survey and engineering services for the proposed Trolley Route in the amount of $123,995.00 for Account No. 12-665-7340 R16 PROF.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
