WHEREAS, a Request for Proposal (RFP) was published for new signage at the Coastal Alabama Farmers and Fisherman’s Market (CAFFM) and proposals were due on January 17, 2024, and,
WHEREAS, upon review of the proposals, Complete Signs was selected to be the sign provider, and,
WHEREAS, Complete Signs has submitted renderings of the proposed signage based upon the City’s specifications and these have been reviewed and approved by Mayor and Council.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the proposed sign design for CAFFM and authorizes staff to work with Complete Signs throughout the project and make adjustments to the signage as needed or if required.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
