     WHEREAS, Due to the high volume of inspections in CDD, the department is requesting a Part-Time Temporary Inspector for the remainder of this fiscal year at a cost of approximately $22,000.  This is an unbudgeted position so funds will need to be appropriated.

 

     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

                     SECTION 1:                     Appropriates funding in the amount of approximately $22,000 for a Temporary, Part-Time, Building Inspector for CDD for the remainder of the fiscal year.      

                     SECTION 2:  HR to provide accounts for proper posting of the $22,000 to Finance upon approval of resolution.

                     SECTION 3:                     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
