WHEREAS, the South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce has requested an additional $25,000 to the balloon festival sponsorship, and
WHEREAS, Council has agreed to increase the sponsorship from $50,000 to $75,000 for the FY26 budget.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves an additional $25,000 for the Balloon Fest Sponsorship account 100-1012-6124.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
