WHEREAS, General Government budgeted $2,500 for a contract with the South Alabama Antique Tractor Club to provide services at the FY17 ASA archery event at Graham Creek Nature Preserve, and
WHEREAS, ASA will be directly managing the services provided and will enter into the contract with the South Alabama Antique Tractor Club as part of the event bid price.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Removes the contract for service with South Alabama Antique Tractor Club from the FY17 budget and transfers $2,500 from 01-620-3210/Contracts to 01-628-5220/Bid Fees.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
