WHEREAS, Foley Sports Tourism - Multi-Use Fields - Maintenance requests to purchase a Toro Workman HDX - 2WD, Kubota Gas 32.5 hp with canopy and windshield through Jerry Pate Turf & Irrigation, OMNIA Partners Participant Contract #2023261, Participant #5438308, not to exceed $35,000, and
WHEREAS, This item is budgeted in FY26 under Account #100-5040-5100 and listed as Heavy Duty UTV, and
WHEREAS, Sports Tourism is requesting to declare the Toro Workman HDX UTV Serial # 316000280 as surplus and disposed of using the best means possible.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the purchase of a Toro Workman HDX - 2WD, Kubota Gas 32.5 hp with canopy and windshield through Jerry Pate Turf & Irrigation, OMNIA Partners Participant Contract #2023261, Participant #5438308 for $35,000 and declares the Toro Workman HDX UTV Serial # 316000280, as surplus and disposed of using the best means possible.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
