WHEREAS, the Friends of the Foley Library has donated $2,500.00 to the Foley Public Library, and
WHEREAS, the City of Foley Library desires to purchase a 3-D Printer, supplies and other technology.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts the donation of $2,500.00 from the Friends of the Foley Library and amends the revenue account #100-5020-4651 accordingly.
SECTION 2: Approves the use of the donation to purchase a 3-D Printer, supplies and other technology and amends Small Tools Account #100-5020-6053 by $2,500.00.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
