WHEREAS, the Public Athletic and Sports Facilities Cooperative District and the Public Cultural and Entertainment Facilities Cooperative District will be using some of the same grounds maintenance, facilities maintenance and other services and maintenance and find it a good and useful purpose to have a cross easement for the grounds, facilities and other services or maintenance between the two Districts.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Foley Public Athletic and Sports Facilities Cooperative District, Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Authorizes the Chairman of the City of Foley Public Athletic and Sports Facilities Cooperative District to sign this resolution on behalf of the Cooperative District approving the grounds, facilities and other services or maintenance cross easement between the two Districts to work on each others properties.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
