WHEREAS, there is a need to repair two rooftop A/C units at the Foley Event Center, and,
WHEREAS, the sports tourism department requests an increase of funds in the amount of $40,667, for account #206-5041-6010.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Appropriates an increase of $40,667 for air conditioning repair at the Foley Event Center for account #206-5041-6010.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
