NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Authorizes the transfer of personnel funds from the Infrastructure and Development Department to the Engineering Department as outlined in the attached request to transfer departmental budget dollars form.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
