WHEREAS, necessary repairs to stormwater inlets are needed in Monteith Oaks, and
WHEREAS, this project is in the FY18 Capital Projects Planning Document.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Appropriates $13,750.00 for the Monteith Oaks Stormwater Inlet Repairs project, Account No. 12-665-7128 A19 MOSD.
SECTION 2: Approves the expenditure for construction.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
