WHEREAS, Whereas there is a need to upgrade the position of Environmental Assistant due to the job duties having changed substantially in that position. The Archer Company has re-evaluated the position and reclassified it from a Grade 10 to a Grade 11, Non-Exempt, Job Code #2209. No budget adjustment is necessary in support of this action.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: The Pay Classification Plan is hereby amended to adjust the Environmental Assistant position from a Grade 10 to a Grade 11, Non-Exempt, Job Code #2209.
SECTION 2: No budget adjustment is necessary or being requested.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
