WHEREAS, Ivan Jones Stadium is in need of additional lighting, and
WHEREAS, Riviera Utilities submitted a quote for the monthly fees and the installation of one single arm Galleon light at the west side of the parking lot, one single arm Galleon light at the South East side of Violet Street and North Pine Street and two 8-sided lights on fluted poles at the ticket booth walkway, and
WHEREAS, Riviera Utilities Board approved a grant to fully fund the installation project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approve the Riviera Utilities monthly fee of $20.00 under Account No# 100-1012-6123.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
