WHEREAS, there is a need to amend the Pay Classification Plan in the Sanitation Department to implement the results of a recent market study.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Amends the Pay Classification Plan by eliminating 11 slots in the position of Sanitation Driver Operator (Job Code 4011111 / Grade 70) and authorizes adding 11 slots in the new position of Residential Sanitation Driver Operator (Job Code 4011115 / Grade 90).
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
