WHEREAS, The Foley Fire Department requests permission to deem the attached list of assets as surplus as they are no longer needed for a public purpose and requests permission to dispose of these items by the best method available.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the request to declare the attached list of assets as surplus and no longer needed for a public purpose.
SECTION 2: Approves the disposal of the attached surplus assets by best method available.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
