WHEREAS, Baldwin County is considering the paving of approximately one mile of James Road between CR 12 S and Brinks Willis Road, and
WHEREAS, approximately 350 feet of this section of roadway lies within the City Limits.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the paving of the section within the City Limits of James Road in conjunction with an overall County project for this work.
SECTION 2: Appropriates $10,000.00 for the not to exceed cost to fund the paving of the section of James Road in the City Limits which will be reimbursed to the County upon receipt of invoice for Account No. 12-665-7127 A18 JAMES.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
