WHEREAS, Sealed bids were publicly opened on April 11, 2024 for the City of Foley Public Works Complex, and
WHEREAS, Crucible Construction was the lowest responsible bidder in the amount of $10,624,898.00,
WHEREAS, Public Works recommends awarding the bid to Crucible Construction.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Awards Crucible Construction lowest responsible bidder for the New Public Works Campus for $10,624,898.00
SECTION 2: Appropriates funds in the amount of $10,800,000.00 under Account No. 400-1060-5100 R66.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
