WHEREAS, visitors to Graham Creek Nature Preserve commonly request kayak rentals, and
WHEREAS, Graham Creek Advisory Board recommends request for proposals to manage a kayak rental business at Graham Creek Nature Preserve for a one year contract.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts Graham Creek Advisory Board's recommendation to request proposals for a kayak rental business at Graham Creek Nature Preserve.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
