HR has a temporary worker who is helping to catch up a backlog of work. HR would like to continue to keep the temporary worker through the end of the fiscal year to continue to help with backlog and to assist with special projects that need accomplished.  Sanitation has surplus funds in their salaries account due to vacancies and has agreed to transfer $5k to help fund the temporary HR worker thorough the remainder of the fiscal year.

     WHEREAS, Human Resources has a temporary worker who is helping to catch up a backlog of work. HR would like to continue to keep the temporary worker through the end of the fiscal year to continue to help with backlog and to assist with special projects that need accomplished.  Sanitation has surplus funds in their salaries account due to vacancies and has agreed to transfer $5k to help fund the temporary HR worker thorough the remainder of the fiscal year.

     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

     SECTION 1:     Approves transfer of $5,000 from Account #100-4010-5000 Sanitation Salaries to Account #100-1010-5003 General Government Contract Labor. 

     SECTION 2:     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
