Ordinance 13-1006 was adopted on November 5, 2012 and Ordinance No. 798-04 was adopted on October 4, 2004. Both Ordinances are for the purpose of adopting the rules and procedures for Council meetings. On November 7, 2016, Council adopted Resolution 16-1291 Establishing Order and Rules of Procedure For Four Year Term Beginning November 7, 2016. Therefore, Ordinance 13-1006, 798-04 and any other previous Ordinance or Resolution establishing the rules of procedure for Council meeting must be rescinded.

WHEREAS, Ordinance 13-1006 was adopted on November 5, 2012 and Ordinance No. 798-04 was adopted on October 4, 2004, and
WHEREAS, both Ordinances are for the purpose of adopting the rules and procedures for Council meetings, and
WHEREAS, on November 7, 2016, Council adopted Resolution 16-1291 Establishing Order and Rules of Procedure For Four Year Term Beginning November 7, 2016, and
WHEREAS, Ordinance 13-1006, 798-04 and any other previous Ordinance or Resolution establishing the rules of procedure for Council meetings must be rescinded.
BE IT ORDAINED that the Foley City Council as follows:
Section 1. Rescinds Ordinances 13-1006, 798-04 and any previous Ordinance or Resolution establishing the rules of procedure for Council meetings
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective upon its publication as required by law.
