WHEREAS, two of the T-Hangar buildings on the north apron at the Foley Municipal Airport have a 10'x16' unit on the east and west end of each building for a total of four 10'x16' units.
WHEREAS, these end units can be used for storage of aviation related items when not in use by the City.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the option to lease the 10'x16' end units on an as needed basis for aviation related purposes.
SECTION 2: Establishes a lease rate of $50/month or $600/year.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
