WHEREAS, the Foley Police Department received a donated item from a citizen. The Microchip scanner is valued at $180.00 and
WHEREAS, the Foley Police Department requests permission to accept this device as donated equipment.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts this device as donated equipment to the Foley Police Department.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
