WHEREAS, Engineering received a request to install five new street lights on to existing wood poles on the west side alongSouth Pecan Street between Lay Lane and East Michigan Avenue; and
WHEREAS, we received a quote from Baldwin EMC for the new street lights in the amount of $4,257.29 for the installation charge and a $30.00 currently monthly fee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the one-time installation charge from Baldwin EMC and appropriates $4,300.00 under Account No #100-3020-6012 and a currently monthly fee of $30.00 under Account No #100-1012-6123.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
