WHEREAS, capital work is necessary to improve drainage at the intersection of Pine Street and US 98, and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has designed a project to help meet this need, and
WHEREAS, the cost estimate with contingency is $35,000.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves appropriating $35,000 and authorizes to publicly bid the Pine Street valley gutter project for Account No. 12-665-7128 A19 PINE.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
