Summary
Doug Waus with The Well Church in Foley would like to host a vacation bible school in Heritage Park on July 13 and 14 from 9 am - 2 pm. This is a free, family friendly event open to all children from age 3 through 5th grade. They plan to set up 10 tents to host kids activities and music. All set-up and break down will be done each day.

WHEREAS, Doug Waus of The Well Church has requested to waive fees for the use of Heritage Park, and
WHEREAS, The Well Church plan to host a vacation bible school on July 13 & 14 from 9 am - 2 pm each day, and
WHEREAS, they plan to set up tents, have kids activities, and play music with set-up and break down occurring each day.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves waiving the fees for the use of Heritage Park for The Well Church to host vacation bible school July 13-14, 2024 from 9 am - 2 pm.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
