A Resolution to Approve Disaster Recovery Consulting Services and Enter into an Agreement with Synergy Disaster Recovery
Summary
The City of Foley issued an RFP request for Disaster Recovery Consulting Services to assist in FEMA public assistance reimbursement, recovery efforts, and grants related to emergency events. The City did receive four (4) proposals for said services which was opened and reviewed and determined to be appropriate. The City of Foley recommends to Council to award Synergy Disaster Recovery the contract for Disaster Recovery Consulting Services and approves to enter into an agreement with them for these services. City requests Council authorizes Mayor, Clerk and other City officials to sign the contracts and other documents required to proceed.

WHEREAS, The City of Foley issued an RFP request for Disaster Recovery Consulting Services to assist in FEMA reimbursement, recovery efforts, and grants related to Hurricane Sally, and
WHEREAS, the City did receive four (4) proposals for said services which was opened and reviewed and determined to be appropriate, and
WHEREAS, the City of Foley recommends to Council to award Synergy Disaster Recovery the contract for Disaster Recovery Consulting Services and approves to enter into an agreement with them for these services, and
WHEREAS, City requests Council authorizes Mayor, Clerk and other City officials to sign the contracts and other documents required to proceed.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: City of Foley recommends to Council to award Synergy Disaster Recovery the contract for Disaster Recovery Consulting Services and approves to enter into an agreement with them for these services.
SECTION 2: Council authorizes Mayor, Clerk and other City officials to sign the contracts and other documents required to proceed.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
