A Resolution updating the Signatories for all City Bank Accounts
Summary
The Finance Department is requesting to update the signatories on all city bank accounts with an effective date of November 3, 2025.
Body
WHEREAS, All city council members and the Finance Director/City Treasurer are approved signers on the all city bank accounts, and
WHEREAS, All city council members, the Human Resources Director and are the Human Resources Specialist are approved signers on the payroll bank accounts, and
WHEREAS, All city council members, the Finance Director/City Treasurer and the Court Cler/Administrator are approved signers on the court bank accounts, and
WHEREAS, on November 3, 2025 the new members of the city council will be sworn in, and
WHEREAS, The Finance Director is requesting to have all bank accounts signature cards update to add and/or remove signers.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: The Council approves the Finance Director updating the bank signature card for the payroll account to include the following signers: J. Wayne Trawick, Charles J. Ebert III, Timothy H. Lower, Larry E. Engel, Roderick Burkle, Suzanne Kellams, and Kelly O'Donnell, effective November 3, 2025.
SECTION 2: The Council approves the Finance Director updating the bank signature cards for the court bond, restitution and fines and forfeiture accounts to include the following signers: J. Wayne Trawick, Charles J. Ebert III, Timothy H. Lower, Larry E. Engel, Roderick Burkle, Miranda Bell, and Roni Criswell, effective November 3, 2025.
SECTION : The Council approves the Finance Director updating the bank signature cards for all other bank accounts to include the following signers: J. Wayne Trawick, Charles J. Ebert III, Timothy H. Lower, Larry E. Engel, Roderick Burkle and Miranda Bell, effective November 3, 2025.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
