WHEREAS, there is a need to upgrade the storefront entrance on the south side of the Senior Center with automatic doors which is included in the capital project plan, and
WHEREAS, Council approved Resolution 15-2233 on July 6, 2015 to upgrade the storefront of the north side of the Senior Center with automatic doors.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves upgrading the storefront entrance on the south side of the Senior Center with automatic doors in the amount of $12,675.00 under account no. 12-665-7368.
SECTION 2: Approves MCS Contracting , Inc. to furnish and install the doors for an amount up to $12,675.00 under account 12-665-7368.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
