WHEREAS, Council has previously appropriated funds for the new finance building under 24-1490-RES & 25-1255-RES, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Department is requesting to go to bid and appropriate an additional $35,000 for a roof to the deck, and
WHEREAS, the roof was previously scheduled as a project for FY26.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Authorizes the Finance Department to go to bid for a roof to the deck on the Finance building that was originally planned for FY26.
SECTION 2: Appropriates $35,000.00 to account 400-1012-5100 (Finance Building).
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
