     WHEREAS, Resolution 18-1001, Section 3, needs corrected and should state the following instead of what was stated in Resolution 18-1001:

     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

     SECTION 1:     Authorizes Deleting one Corporal Patrol/K-9 from the Pay Plan and adding one Corporal Patrol (removing K-9 duties from Corporal), and, authorizes deleting one Patrol Officer and adding one Patrol Officer/K-9 to the Pay Plan (adding K-9 duties to Patrol Officer).

     SECTION 2:     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
