WHEREAS, the 2011 John Deere Front Mount Mower within the Environmental Department was put out of service on 3/3/15 following being totaled by insurance after a fire, and
WHEREAS, the equipment was never declared as surplus with an approval to dispose of it.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the front mount mower be declared as surplus and approves its disposal by the best possible means.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
