WHEREAS, The personnel needs in the Sanitation Department have changed and the Superintendent desires to convert the new Fourth Quarter Position of Permanent, Part-Time, Sanitation Worker III / Driver Operator (that was approved in the FY20 Budget) to a Sanitation Worker II.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Amends the Pay Classification Plan to convert the new permanent, part-time position of Sanitation Worker III / Driver Operator (Job Code #4010106) (approved in FY20 budget, 4th quarter) to a permanent, part-time position of Sanitation Worker II (Job Code #4010107).
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
