WHEREAS, The Sanitation Department requests to purchase a 2022 Ford F150 4X4 Crew Cab from Stivers Ford Lincoln under State Contract Master Agreement # MA 999 210000000129 for $32,131.00 , AND
WHEREAS, It is an addition to the Sanitation fleet that was planned in the FY22 budget under account# 601-1951 for $26,000.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the purchase of a 2022 Ford F150 4X4 Crew Cab from Stivers Ford Lincoln under State Contract Master Agreement # MA 999 210000000129 for $32,131.00, which was planned at $26,000 in the FY22 budget under account# 601-1951.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
