WHEREAS, the Street Department requests to purchase a F550 Bucket Truck from Riviera Utilities for $60,000.00, AND
WHEREAS, It was included in the FY25 budget for $190,000.00 under account# 100-3012-5100 as a Bucket Truck as an addition.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the Street Department purchase a F550 Bucket Truck from Riviera Utilities for $60,000.00 under account# 100-3012-5100.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
