WHEREAS, We received a proposal for Professional Services from Engineering Design Group, LLC in the amount of $5,750 for the County Road 12 Cross Drain Project, and
WHEREAS, the project will consist of adding multiple cross drain pipes beneath CR 12, west of Meadow Run Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, Engineering plans to perform the design in-house and the construction phase will take place in FY22.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts EDG's proposal and appropriates funds in the amount of $5,750.00 under Account No. 400-3020-5157 CR12 Crossdrains.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
