WHEREAS, Parks and Recreation is requesting for a new transformer and meter to be installed at the Ralph Schumacher Soccer Park for the two new soccer fields, and
WHEREAS, we received a quote from Riviera Utilities for this new service and expect the purchase and installation cost to be up to $65,000 and a new monthly fee of $500.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the purchase and installation of a new three phase transformer and meter by Riviera Utilities at a cost not to exceed $65,000 under account #400-5030-5105.
SECTION 2: Approves the estimated monthly fee of $500 under account #100-5034-6000.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
