WHEREAS, The Foley Fire Department is in need of an additional UTV for response at special events and off-road rescues, and
WHEREAS, This is a planned capital purchase in the General Fund account 100-2020-5100.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the purchase of a 2023 Polaris Ranger Crew 1000 with steel roof from Baldwin County Victory Polaris using the Sourcewell purchasing contract #122220-PSI for a total amount of $19,642.33.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
