WHEREAS, We received a Professional Services Proposal in the amount of $32,500 from Thompson Engineering for Citywide Intersection Studies.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts Thompson Engineering's proposal for professional services for Citywide Intersection Studies and appropriates $32,500 under Account No. 400-3020-6213 Studies
SECTION 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Thompson Engineering.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
